fortunately you didn't enter this firm...though it's one of the 4As agencies, it's management got a huge 'shake' around a year ago and nearly the whole firm was reformed. A number of experienced colleagues left and started a new agency called...simply forget the name but as I know is located in Tin Hua. The quality of work in G has actually declined quite a lot in recent years...
